The Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) and the Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) are federally funded rental assistance programs administered by the Housing and Community Development Division. The programs provide very low-income households with subsidized housing assistance. Parents, children and minor siblings who live together must apply together. A person must pass all eligibility rules to get TCA benefits.
